Corfu is the island that, once you get to know it, you will love forever!!!
Corfu is a place that breathes in a green environment, swims in virgin sea, walks through its European history and has been living to this day in respect (there was a space missing) for tradition! It is a historic place with a blessed nature that is awaiting you to meet it, to spend time together… and it goes beyond any doubt that upon leaving this place you will realize that a new love will accompany you from now on!
Our Cooking adventures are all based in Corfu. The aim is to introduce you to, and familiarize you with, the Greek Cuisine in the way that Greeks cook at home but also specifically to introduce you to the Corfiot cuisine, the real local life and of course show you the beauties of this special island.
You will be our guests and you will be treated in the exact same way that a real Corfiot would treat his guests.
Our Itinerary
SATURDAY
- Pick Up and transfers by taxi from Corfu’s International Airport “Ioannis Kapodistrias” to the hotel
- Check in and free time to enjoy some fresh fruits and a drink at the privacy of your balcony or room
- Early Evening gathering of all our guests with welcome drinks and introductions
- Welcome dinner by the sea, at the locals’ favorite Fish Taverna
SUNDAY
- Buffet breakfast enhanced with Greek Delicacies
- Introduction to the weekly program as well as the basic ingredients of the Greek Cuisine
- Light Lunch at the hotel
- 1st Cooking Lesson – BBQ with Salads and Dips
- Dinner with everything we have cooked
MONDAY
- Buffet breakfast enhanced with Greek Delicacies
- A day full of changes of scenery! A long but joyful tour of the whole north part of the island with lunch at a traditional restaurant and full introduction to the Corfiot Cuisine and Specialties and Coffees and Deserts at a special place with breathtaking views! A late afternoon return to the hotel
- Evening at leisure
TUESDAY
- Buffet breakfast enhanced with Greek Delicacies
- Morning Visit to the Fresh Vegetables and Fruits Market in Corfu Town
- 2nd Cooking Lesson
- Lunch with everything we have cooked
- Afternoon Free
- Dinner at a beautiful restaurant where we will taste a selection of dishes from different parts of Greece
WEDNESDAY
- Buffet breakfast enhanced with Greek Delicacies
- Morning Free
- 3rd Cooking Lesson
- Dinner with everything we have cooked
THURSDAY
- Buffet breakfast enhanced with Greek Delicacies
- 4th Cooking Lesson
- Lunch with everything we have cooked
- Some Free time
- Afternoon guided visit to the Achilleion Palace
- Dinner by the Sea in a very typical and traditional Fish Tavern in the south of the island

- Live the day exactly like a Greek!!! (Allow us to pleasantly surprise you)

- Please kindly note that this is the summary of the program. The FULL program details will be provided to you along with our final confirmation. We reserve all rights to withdraw or modify at any time the arrangements published. In circumstances where we are unable to provide the course, we will return to you all monies paid
- A non-refundable deposit of GBP 500.00 per person is required to secure your participation in a cooking adventure. Participation will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed form and deposit. This deposit will be fully refunded to you if the adventure is cancelled by us as stated in our terms and conditions. If you make the initial request less than 8 weeks prior to commencement date of the cooking program, full payment is required.
- All our cooking adventures are subject to a minimum number of participants in order to run therefore we advise guests not to make any travel arrangements (book flights or other related travel services) until they have received our final confirmation which will be no later than 8 weeks prior to the commencement date of the adventure. As stated in our terms and conditions, we do not provide any air, land or sea travel for participants, nor can we be held liable or responsible for any travel issues, such as cancellations or delays or any other problems experienced by a participant with their travel carrier. Early travel arrangements you make (early bookings of your flights etc) are entirely at your own risk.
