One of our most pleasing discoveries at Anexartisias Road within the Stoa Alieos has been the Don Quichotte Café! An all times classic, as our local friends told us, housed in a protected traditional stone building that bears a great and long history. A place that celebrates over 10 years of presence in the local nightlife scene.
A combination of the old with the new, the attention to detail along with the owner’s personal touch are delivering a more than welcoming atmosphere that it can be sensed from the moment you walk through the old heavy iron door that is just a reminder of past eras.
The synthesis of the exposed old bricks on the walls dressed with Venetian Mirrors, the golden-brown wooden chairs, the touches of brown leather on the bar stools, the leather sofas for more cozy gatherings and the handmade carpets that are spread around deliver a warm and welcoming ambience and definitely add a special flair.
As for the menu… well it is up to you to decide if you would like to enjoy a coffee, a locally produced tsipouro or go for one of the most rare whiskey labels that at Don Quichotte are available. Moreover, if you feel that a bite would be a good idea, just check out the few but great dishes available for the “hungry” ones.
